In the Junior High Counseling Office, we work with students and families on all aspects of education. While academic success is the priority, we recognize that it is influenced by many factors including consistent attendance, intrinsic motivation, social-emotional development, healthy relationships, and mental and physical wellbeing. We address these aspects of a student and family’s experience through:

• Individual counseling
• Monthly lessons during advisory
• Academic check-ins
• Partnership presentations with community organizations
• Peer mediations
• Parent-teacher communication
