The Paulsboro High School Nurse’s Office is dedicated to ensuring a healthy and safe environment so every student can focus on learning. Our certified school nurse provides comprehensive services, promoting wellness and immediate care throughout the school day.

• Care of emergency sickness or injury that occurs in school

• Communicable disease prevention and control

• Determination of health needs

• Follow-up and interpretation of health needs to students and parents

• Perform annual health screenings (yearly height, weight and blood pressure, rotating basis for vision, hearing and scoliosis)

• Coordinate sports paperwork and conduct sports physicals in May and November

• Administer medications

• Review immunizations

In addition to these services, meditation is offered in the health office every morning before school at 7:50am.
